Empower Yourself & Others
I had such a wonderful time at your Taking Care of People seminar.  It was so beneficial in numerous ways.  I thought to myself: “wow, this man is here because he truly wants to help people realize their full potential.”  To unleash the God-like power within us all.  I learned that it's not about money, but you have to acknowledge your services and not sell yourself short.

I learned that people will learn to love, respect, and trust themselves if they are around others who love, respect, and trust their own selves.  I learned how to speak directly with multiple modes of communication; To deliver the message to the souls of others; To empower those with the message of chiropractic.
Matthew Hassey, D.C.

Powerfully Communicate Chiropractic
I just wanted to send you a big "Thank You" for creating a language to communicate upper cervical care for patients. I use these concepts every day with my patients and I find it helps turn on the lights in their understanding.
Giancarlo Licata, D.C.

Clarify Your Vision of Practice
Thank you Dr. Brooks for the class last weekend.  It certainty helped me to clarify my vision for my practice.  And I have also used much of the material this week.... I am seeing more light bulbs come on as people get it... which is very exciting!  Thank you for your inspiration and knowledge it was quite a blessing to me and my patients.
Bill Davis, D.C.

Effective Office Procedures & Patient Care
Let me share some of my feedback regarding the TCOP class.  I must admit that my team is SUPER excited about what we learned from the class.  We have had two meetings so far in addressing what we need to change at our clinics - and in our scripting - to formally implement what we have learned for all team members at all clinics.

Clearly the "Accidents and Injuries..." is a powerful tool for explaining chiropractic and all of us have started using this in our patient communications.  Also the seven stages of development is a powerful insight and we will be working memorizing these and learning to identify where patients are at in this process and learning how to communicate to the proper level of understanding.
Michael Lenarz, D.C.

Create Lifetime Patients
I want to thank you again for an awesome weekend.  I gained great knowledge over the short time together.  Not only did you teach us a way to better communicate Chiropractic, but we learned a way to effectively explain the importance of lifetime care.  I also gained a better understanding of what happens to the spine when there is a subluxation and why we need to look at the spine globally, not segmentally.
Most importantly, you gave us the resources to give the best patient care from the first meeting.  Thank you!
Chris McHugh, D.C.

Create Satisfying Relationships
First I would like to say that the Taking Care of People seminar was incredibly valuable and a wonderful experience. So often, it seems, people get wrapped up in the technical aspects of chiropractic, that the "softer" aspects of patient care, such as putting words to the entire patient experience for validation and understanding, are deemed less critical than the hard skills of analysis and adjustment. Through the seminar I felt like I received permission to see patients as more than a number, to see them as whole people with vulnerabilities as well as strengths that must come into play for their health care success. The addition of concrete tools, the contexts, complete the package in a way bound to benefit both patient and doctor.
Nicole Schmidt, D.C.

Offer Healing through the Power of Chiropractic
If future chiropractors can use the model that you present in your seminar as a foundation to build upon, instead of having to start on their own from the ground up, it will go a long way toward shortening the time it takes chiropractors to begin effectively caring for people.

I know that there were some people who were "on the fence", so to speak, or maybe just not completely convinced of the power of unobstructed mental impulse operating in the human body, and it is exciting to me to see the transformation that has taken place in them, following your seminar.
Tony Rumsey, D.C.

Experience Personal Satisfaction
I truly enjoyed the class because it not only reminded me that the way I take care of others is merely a reflection of how I take care of myself but it also gave me help clarifying how I can easily yet effectively convey chiropractic to my patients and it helped me bring into focus how I want to practice and what kind of a practice I want to build.
Brian Chadsey, D.C.

Restore Your Passion
Your words and presence provided a much-needed source of energy that was missing from the Chiropractic realm of my life.
Andrea Dibley, D.C.

Become Financially Successful
“Chiropractic school teaches us it will take 10 months to make our first $10,000.00.  Dr. Brooks teaches otherwise.  We paid our bills our fist month and crossed the $10,000.00 mark our second month.  And we did it by using four words Dr. Brooks teaches: TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE!  Thanks, Dr. Brooks!  People are getting their lives back because of all you do!”
Jonathan Lazar, D.C.

Refresh & Repeat the Experience
It was another great class for me. Your class and the material have been extremely helpful in the way I take care of people. I am looking forward to adding more and cleaning up some of the things I added last year. The biggest change I can see over the last year (and has reminded again) - this weekend has been the transformation from the mind set of "getting sick people well" to "taking care of people for life".
